Which is the correct DCAT-AP 3.0.0 URL to be used e.g. in dcterms:conformsTo on dcat:CatalogRecord?

  • The latest editor's draft URL https://semiceu.github.io//DCAT-AP/releases/3.0.0? - note the double slash, that does not seem right.
  • The page URL I end up on, i.e. https://semiceu.github.io/DCAT-AP/releases/3.0.0/? - with the slash at the end?
  • https://semiceu.github.io/DCAT-AP/releases/3.0.0 without the slash at the end?
