BETTER Analysis: Can only generate either Portfolio or Building reports in one analysis- need to generate both

There is an option in our BETTER setup screen to generate a Portfolio Analysis. But if that is selected, then the individual building reports are not available.

So it is necessary to do 2 analysis, one WITH the Porfolio Analysis option checked, if you want that report, and then a 2nd set of analyses WITHOUT that option checked if you want to get individual building reports from BETTER.

Seems like we need to figure out a way to have both -- ie, one Portfolio Manager report that includes all the selected buildings (which is what is generated by default) as well as the individual building reports, with only one link to the Portfolio Analysis report, rather than referencing it from each building.
