Correct issues with multiple cycle upload

  1. The results screen at the end of data import process isn't showing statistics about the import file correctly.
  2. Property with year ending value of 1-1-2021 didn't match correctly with 2021 Cycle.
  3. Change text on results screen to say "Default Cycle" instead of just "Cycle" when using multiple cycle upload option.
