Notes: Display the current cycle on the Notes screen

Now that we have the Timeline functionality, what cycle you enter Notes in matters, because the program will put that note in the cycle you came from in the Detail View to get to Notes.
Although not all the links on Property Detail are connected to a cycle, those that are should probably display the cycle in their screen.
So for Notes, seems like we should at least display the current cycle for the hand created notes?
And I guess the Cycle should display in the Add New Note modal? So the user (like me) can see what cycle it is applied to, if they forgot what cycle they were in ... ???
Obviously this needs some thought and design.
