Column List Profiles: Need a way to copy an existing profile with a new name

In the program now, when you make a new Column List Profile, the program presents you with none of the fields selected. So you have to start completely over defining fields, and there are fields in the list that are not actually in your data.
And there is no option to "Only Show Populated Columns", which there should be.
So right now, if you want to make a column list profile that only has fields with populated data, you have to make a new, blank, column list profile, then go to the Inventory List, make sure to select that blank profile, then select the Action menu to "Only Show Populated Columns", and then go back to the Column List Profiles page if you want to tweak any of the fields to be selected or not selected.
Describe the solution you'd like As a user, I would like to take an existing Column List Profile, make a copy of it with all the included fields, give it a new name, and then edit the fields that are selected.
Also, add an option to "Only Show Populated Columns" to the Column List Profile definition
Describe alternatives you've considered
The functionality could be "copy" or "save as".
