Add email functionality to Tax Lot List view
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now, emails can only be sent on the Property tab, but not on the Tax Lot tab. Many users of SEED need to email Tax Parcel owners, and don't even know the building owners.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add the capability in the Tax Lot / Actions menu to send emails, ie, emulate the same functionality in the Tax Lot tab that exists in the Property tab for sending emails.
