Batch cycle generation
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When a new user is setting up SEED for the first time, it involves a lot of clicks when creating multiple cycles.
Describe the solution you'd like Based on #3225, you should also have the option of creating multiple cycles all at once. You give the range of years that you want to create cycles for and the start date of a typical year, and the cycles are created for you and the name is based on the year covered by the cycle.
