Create a yearly cycle by defining the start day of the period
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. While having the flexibility to create a cycle that can have any start and end date is useful, most cycles are for a year duration. However, users still have to manually enter the end date after entering the start date even though this could be calculated by SEED.
Describe the solution you'd like Allow an alternative approach to creating cycles where the user provides the cycle name and the start date. This would occur after the user indicates that they want to create a yearly cycle.
