[Bug] Sometimes after in City Cycle the game get bug and you cannot use the NPC all. you can just only press "End conversation"

Sometimes after in City Cycle the game get bug and you cannot use the NPC all. you can just only press "End conversation" you cannot use any other options, or use the x button to close the conversation, only End conversation option is usable

Game tested with : SRO Legion City test with: Donwhang, Hotan
