update-gsresource category parameter not working

Describe the bug Specifying the -Category parameter on update-gsresource causes the category to be listed as 'category_unknown'

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Specify any valid category to 'update-gsresource'

Expected behavior The specified category gets added to the resource

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows Server 2016
• PowerShell Version: Windows Powershell 5.1
• PSGSuite Version: 2.36.4
