problem with login in for the first time

I tried the "free non-admin accounts" path but fail in the last step.

I can connect to the provided google link and retrieve the required key (even google warns before, that they have not checked the application).

But then I get the following error, regardless of the PS Version (5.1 or 7.0.1).

What might be the problem here ?

Heya @Henry-Jones - could you retry? if it was a new Dev Console build, it's possible that it may have still been propagating permissions
