We experienced bugs during adaptation of some of the dpw6 cases. Specifically:

• r0 fails to snap some vertices on a 1-proc case, but adaptation continues.
• r1 fails on a 1-proc adapt case (MeshAdapt: Swap failed: face swap not implemented is repeated indefinitely).
• r1 fails on a 4-proc adapt case (MeshAdapt: Swap failed: face swap not implemented once and then segfault).
• r2 fails on a 1-proc adapt case (MeshAdapt: Swap failed: face swap not implemented is repeated indefinitely).

The r0 case was on nrl_prerelease_testing_v1. I think the rest are from an older commit. But the dpw6 case in general does require the face swap.
