Automate uploading use case output to data portal

When use cases are changed, they should be automatically run and the output xmls and shape models should be automatically uploaded to the portal.

Distance transforms and shape models are the output of ShapeWorks, we don’t have to have them when we put together the data. They will be generated once we start processing the data for shape modeling. Meshes and landmarks are optional in case a dataset comes with surface meshes rather than binary segmentation and if the dataset (or the study) has sparse anatomical landmarks that could be considered in shape modeling (e.g., guiding the initial alignment, validating correspondences … etc).
