Seg3D is a free volume segmentation and processing tool developed by the NIH Center for Integrative Biomedical Computing at the University of Utah Scientific Computing and Imaging (SCI) Institute.
Data block internal data should be easily converted into Matlab matrices, probably using the matlab IO library.
Test Seg3D on Windows tablets such as the Surface or Samsung. Look into requirements for porting to Android and iOS for feasibility.
Look into system-specific icons for large volume type. Should be available for Mac OS X. Not sure about Windows and Linux.
Document new functionality from #141 and #126.
