Feature request: Toggle create data layer

When using the implicit modeling tool repeatedly, new data layers are created that are usually deleted without being used. This is an issue because the Seg3D project file is becoming too large since it remembers these deleted data layers. Being able to choose whether to create this layer or not would keep the workspace cleaner and keep file sizes down.

Using Seg3D2.5.0 on Windows 10.
