Nifti/compressed nifti file read and export bugs

Images were left handed images. They were reading into Seg3D rotated. When exported from Seg3D as nifti or compressed nifti, simNIBS fails. When compared to files read into ITKSnap or Slicer in SCIRun, the Seg3D volume is upside down. When both parities are flipped the are the same orientation, but off by one pixel.
