[Feature Request]: Load and display points from text file

In (Tools > Select Points) it would be nice to be able to load and display points that were previously saved from this tool or even points that are written in a consistent text file format. Ideally the user would be able to edit the loaded points and save a new file as well.

This is really useful when selecting corresponding points and you want to view the points that were chosen later or want to edit the points later.
