Network View Snaps after Module Connection

After creating the first connection in a new network the view will suddenly snap the lowest right hand most module into the lower right corner of the screen and prevent the user from moving it back to center.

I think this one is Windows only.

Mac too, might be dynamic port-related.

also has occurred when:

• connecting a pipe to a view scene
• attempting to edit the notes on an AutoReadFile
