Report edition : selection of datapoints remains with the old drop-down list

Unlike everywhere in ScadaLTS, the drop-down list of datapoint selection in report edition has remained with the old version, i.e. it does not include the possibility to type a part of the name + automatic filtering of matching datapoints

So it would be nice to change this.

Current configuration used ScadaLTS : 2.7.7.3_For build 3789793776 OS : Windows Server 2016 Brower : Chrome 129
