Fixed Cannot create Serotonin Persistent TCP type publisher

When trying to create/save Serotonin Persistent TCP type publisher dialog window pops up telling "Missing method or missing parameter converters: PublisherEditDwr.savePersistentSender" and saving doesn't happen.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to Publishers
  2. Select Serotonin Persistent TCP from dropdown list and press Add
  3. Click save under creation form -> see dialog window with error

Expected behavior Publisher should save without any problems after proper validation of form fields.
