Standardise the most convenient DataPoint selector

2 models datapoints selectors are present within ScadaLTS 2.6.18. For example, in the data point properties windows, the top right selector allows to type in the name of the desired datapoint, and the list is automatically to the list of datapoints that match keyboard entry, whereas the bottom selector (apply properties based on...) does not have this feature. Suggestion : standardise the selector with filtering based on keyboard entry throughout ScadaLTS
