Improve point hierarchy usage : move several datapoints simultaneously

It is possible to store data points into a given folder, but only 1 by 1. When there are quite a few data points to sort, this result in a very long process -> suggestion : create the possibility of selecting several datapoints together, and move them simultaneously into a folder

Additional context I'm using ScadaLTS 2.6.18
