Fixed apply templates in HTML/Server-side view component

This issue refers to #2688, sometimes after refreshing session, there is no way to apply templates given by fuscaBR in graphical components such as HTML and Server-side script.

To Reproduce I haven't found constant way to reproduce this bug, but often after few session refreshes this bug occurs.

Expected behavior Every time you press apply, script should show up in editor window of graphical component.

Additional context When bug occurs, it seems like apply button is ignoring code that is responsible for changing value of editor's textarea.
