Expansion of the Event search function

Reason If you can contribute inspiration, in ScadaBR 1.2 this has been improved and several options have been added in the search tool (which can be seen below), it would be nice to have that in Scada-LTS too.

Description Different for Event search:

• [ ] Added fields:
• Start date,
• End date,
• [ ] Added multiple choose for fields:
• Event service type,
• Status,
• Alarm level, in Scada-LTS you can choose either one specific or all;
• [ ] Keywords;
