Ask for confirmation to delete watchlist and change popup type to rename wathclist

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A-Deleting a watchlist does not ask for confirmation, which allows for accidental deletion. B-The popup to rename the watchlist is still in scadabr's default, which disappears when the mouse is taken away from the edit icon, which makes it difficult to complete.

Describe the solution you'd like A-Add a popup with a dialog box asking for confirmation if the user really wants to delete the watchlist. B-Use the same existing popup pattern to change the value of a datapoint on the watchlist screen.
