Event comments in DataPointDetails are not working

Describe the bug Event comments in DataPointDetails are not working after refreshing page

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a VirtualDataSource with point, that refreshes every 15 sec
2. Enable this data source and point
3. Go to WatchList and add this point
4. Go to DataPointDetails
5. Create a comment on one of the events
6. After creating a comment, it should be displayed near the event
7. Refresh the page
8. See error: comment is not displayed

Expected behavior After refreshing page, comment added to event should be displayed.
