Some SVG images are not displayed correctly in edit view

Describe the bug Some SVG images are not displayed correctly and have a size of 0x0 px in edit view

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Graphics View' panel
  2. Choose SVG image provided here
  3. Click 'Upload image'
  4. Error: SVG image size is 0x0 px

Expected behavior A SVG image should be displayed on the screen.

Desktop:

  • OS: Arch Linux
  • Browser - Chromium 98
  • Version - Scada-LTS release 2.6.12
