Anonymous View for Graphical Views 2.0

Expected Behavior Not-logged user should be able to see the "anonymous graphical view" based on the Vue.js configuration. Depending on provided ID user should be able to open specific view if it is enabled for not-logged user. All components should be working for that view.

Actual Behavior Vue.js router is blocking that page and there is no communication with Scada server enabled.
