Fixed import scripts

Description There is a problem importing scripts if they do not exist in the database. This causes an EmptyResult exception to be raised, which aborts importing scripts, instead of creating a new script.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Import/Export';
  2. Past content scripts.txt (red): 143445115-8aae53f5-5751-4a1e-9209-58e780226d8c scripts.txt
  3. Click on 'Import';
  4. See error: Screenshot 2021-11-29 at 15 16 07
