Lastest preview has the files. The 14.x version will have the files in the next release.
Have you tried going back to device authentication by disabling interactive login setting? 
@dsichrovsky the DPAPI error should not block you from authenticating - are you getting other issues? I think there is a different bug in there on the username/password auth path...
Root case was identified elsewhere as the invalid return type - labels cannot be return types and in combination with code comments that caused an issue.
