Migrate to SypexGeo from free software77 IP DB

SypexGeo - very compact GeoIP database (427kb for only countries!). Current, we usee free GeoIP database from software77.

Current DB:

• Requires too many memory for fetching country.
• Take 11Mb on HDD/SDD.

With migrating to SypexGeo, we can save RAM and 10 megabytes on HDD/SDD. Also with this migrating, we need move database file to data directory.
