Fixed some grammar issues and made it sound less corporal (again)

Description

I've noticed the same grammar mistakes from the last time and a new one where the officials are called officers for some goddamn reason, likely being because of a translator mistranslating.

Additional Notes

I did the same thing as yesterday but on time. I just realized that my branch was behind some commits and that it couldn't be merged, that's because I was taking my time whilst traveling in a car at the same time (should've not done that in the first place)
