Additional Notes

• I removed "也有可能做不了" because it wasn't mentioned in the original README.
• The reason why the template name is "请求logo" (line 1 of request_zhHans.yml) is because GitHub only allows template names longer than or equal to 3 characters.
• Ignore the first 4 commits because I was just experimenting with the possibility of having multiple PR templates. Unfortunately, it turns out that GitHub doesn't seem to support this.
