OpenBLAS is a widely used implementation of BLAS (Basic Linear Algebra Subprograms) in high performance computing (HPC). There are many packages built on top of it like numpy or scipy. Here is the official website of OpenBLAS, https://www.openblas.net, and I thought the upper left picture is its logo. Also, I found some discussion about the logo for OpenBLAS in its issue list, https://github.com/OpenMathLib/OpenBLAS/issues/2298. Maybe creating a kawaii logo will make people working in the field of HPC very happy!
