Cmake error

When I run cmake ., it returns this: -- Checking for one of the modules 'taglib' CMake Error at /usr/local/share/cmake-3.17/Modules/FindPkgConfig.cmake:711 (message): None of the required 'taglib' found

Actually, it would help someone like me, if the Minase did not depend on so new version of CMake.

That is to say, I was not able to compile the Minase, because I failed to compile a sufficiently new version of CMake. The version of the CMake that I have from the old openSUSE package collection is "3.5.2".
