Hello @wilson-xu-sap , Please update your JAWS to the latest version. I cannot reproduce this issue with the newest version.

Regards, Iliana

I am using jaws2024. Please do not close this straightly.

Hi @IlianaB , "Group Header" is added as description to the control. Descriptions are read dependant on jaws settings. Image Issue is reproducible in latest jaws version 2024. When you compare the behavior with UI5 https://ui5.sap.com/#/entity/sap.m.List/sample/sap.m.sample.ListGrouping , the behavior is correct. After the last list item of the group "Copymaster" is read, "Group end Grouped Alpha Printers" is read. -> This should be the expected output for web components as well. https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/385cd4f1-de5a-4b20-956f-1fe942909f3f

Hello @wilson-xu-sap ,

I couldn't reproduce the issue, using Chrome Version 137.0.7151.104 (Official Build) (64-bit) and JAWS Version 2025.2503.39. This are my settings:
