Feature Request Description

We need a specific component Command Palette that is not yet in the UI5 webcomponents called Command Palette. This is a new component documented last year in BTP Visual Design: Command Palette wiki.

Proposed Solution

Follow the guidelines provided in BTP Visual Design: Command Palette, and add create a new component that follow the guidelines
