[Flexible Column Layout]: Hide start column

Feature Request Description

When using the Flexible Column Layout the user should be able to collapse the start column to have a better/wider view of the mid and end section. The user should afterwards be also able to show the start column again.

Proposed Solution

Add a layout variant with ThreeColumnsMidExpandedStartHidden and provide an additional button within the column divider to allow the collapsing of the first column.

Proposed Alternatives

An alternative would be to implement this functionality from the outside, but this would prevent nice animation of the columns on change and would need to move the controls for collapsing the first column at a different place. But would break with an aligned user experience.
