[Feature Request]: ColorPaletteItem selected feature

Feature Request Description

When using the ColorPalettePopover, it would be usefull to have the possibility to set a selected ColorPaletteItem. So that when opening the ColorPalettePopover, the selected ColorPaletteItem is focused.

Because when opening the ColorPalettePopover, it is always the first colorPaletteItem that gets the focus. As the ColorPalettePopover is used as a color selector in my use case. It would be nice to be able to have the possibility to specify which colorPaletteItem gets focused when opening the ColorPalettePopover.

Proposed Solution

Add a 'selected' property on ColorPaletteItem component, similarly to what is available on the Option component of the Select.
