shellbar : insert menu in the center of the shellbar instead of the copilot

Feature Request Description

Hello,

In ui5 web component shell bar component, https://sap.github.io/ui5-webcomponents/playground/components/ShellBar/ would it be possible to add the possibility to insert a menu instead of copilot, as on the SAP site https://www.sap.com/index.html

the menu should be able to open a popup menu https://sap.github.io/ui5-webcomponents/playground/components/Popover/

remark : the copilot is not necessarily used and this creates a void that can be replaced by a menu

Proposed solution

menu can be a ui5-tabcontainer https://sap.github.io/ui5-webcomponents/playground/components/TabContainer/ adapt to shellbar (with shellbar theme tracking)

Proposed Alternatives

open the copilot position as an available slot, example center-item
