DatePicker with value-state is not according to visual spec.

Expected Behavior

DatePicker with value-state is according to visual spec.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://sap.github.io/ui5-webcomponents/main/playground/main/pages/DatePicker/?sap-ui-theme=sap_horizon
2. Check the Date Picker with value-state="Error"
