[Feature Request] implement FeedInput and FeedListItem

Feature Request Description

hi, team

We need this FeedInput and FeedListItem component for our project which is defined in Fiori Design

And here is link for it https://experience.sap.com/fiori-design-web/feedinput/.

Below is Our UX design for it, and this component will be used as comments in our business level.

For one comment item, and it still can be reply it. So the Red highlight part means these comment items is reply to the parent one. We just only has max two layer reply comments, that means the max hierarchy level is two.

Hello @sfsf-xweb-sh I will discuss this today with the team, sorry for the delay. Meanwhile could you align on the priority of this item. Recently we received a list of issues ordered by priority (maintained by Stoehr and Donald from SF side) and this item is not in the list, so the priority of the item is not clear. Could you discuss it and give us the priority, compared to the list we got or just put it into the list.

The priority is low or medium. this feature request is a standard ui5 component. Currently, we implement it ourself and we wish to use to the official standard ui5 component.

Our target is that we can replace the exist the one in b2311, and it's completed before b2311.
