Create UI5 tooling task for generation OpenUI5 Controls out of UI5 Web Components

Background

Currently, an external script, placed in external project (external to OpenUI5) is used to generate control wrappers out of UI5 Web Components, which is not optimal. The idea is to integrate this generation step into the OpenUI5 development by creating a new UI5 Tooling task to improve the development experience.

The UI5 tooling is done in a separate project and it allows generation of OpenUI5 controls out of UI5 Web Components. For more information, check the project.
