DatePicker: support types based on display format

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We would like to support a new display type for the DatePicker, based on the format. For formats (like "MM-y") that include only month and year, the DatePicker should display the month and year pickers.

Reference This is already supported in OpenUI5 and can be seen under the "DatePickers types based on display format" section https://openui5nightly.hana.ondemand.com/entity/sap.m.DatePicker/sample/sap.m.sample.DatePicker
