[MultiInput] Add tooltip to value help icon in MultiInput

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I want to implement my UI5 Icons / Buttons / Icons in Buttons / ... in a consistent way.
That includes to show tooltips whenever some icon is displayed.

At the moment, there seems to be no clear way of adding a tooltip to the MultiInput -> valueHelpIcon which is displayed when showValueHelpIcon is set to true.

This leads to inconsistent behaviour - Users keep asking why there is a tooltip in one and not in the other Input and I can understand the irritation.

Describe the solution you'd like

There should be a prop or similar that allows to pass a tooltip which is used for the value help icon.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Adding the value help icon as an icon to the MultiInput has been considered, but I do not want to use some workaround when there is actually a documented / supported way to add a value help icon, which is aligned with the Fiori Guidelines.
