Bug Description

Icon is not displayed anymore when using placeholder color scheme (it used to be there in previous versions)

Hello @SAP/ui5-webcomponents-topic-p ,

Color is now set to transparent. Happened with this PR https://github.com/SAP/ui5-webcomponents/pull/10943. Please check whether this is expected. There is no documentation about this Placeholder color scheme.
