[Feature Request]: Code Editor component

Feature Request Description

We have a use-case requiring the use of a code editor component similar to monaco editor or UI5's equivalent sap.ui.codeeditor.CodeEditor. Our use-case is HTML specific with need to support read-only/edit w/ syntax and highlighting.

Proposed Solution

Port implementation of sap.ui.codeeditor.CodeEditor as a web component.

Requesting team: Alert Notification Service

The component is needed in light of a notification template management UI which would enable customers to model templates using an HTML editor alongside Rich Text Editor. In scope for Nexus/Procurement customer admin UI.
