Header PreHeader Disappears when resizing is changed

In Header "Preheader" Slot components disappear when resizing the browser (from maximize to smaller view / responsive width adjusted) while the page is still loading other components. When resizing the browser the header is renders incorrectly. cx-pending class is append to "Preheader" and component not rendered(not binding).

Default layout config.
