Accessibility: DatePicker ValueHelp button invisible in screen reader

What is the issue and how can we reproduce it?

1. Activate screen reader on macOS
2. Focus DatePicker input field
3. Try to focus valueHelp button with Ctrl-Alt-Right arrow .

Error:

Focus will jump over the value help button not noticing its existence

Expected behavior:

ValueHelp button can be focused and clicked.

I have read https://github.com/UI5/openui5/issues/3504 but it is not clear to me, how a user relying on screen reader only should discover that there is a valueHelp and that they need to press F4 to trigger it?
