MultiInput more dialog just flashes

What is the issue and how can we reproduce it?

Hello,

after upgrading to 1.136 I started to have issues with MultiInput more dialog in not editable state. When it's editable there is no issue.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the sample
  2. Set MultiInput with some tokens to editable="false"
  3. Make the page smaller or set smaller width to MultiInput so that not all tokens are visible
  4. Click on more button in MultiInput
  5. Issue: Dialog with more tokens just flashes and closes automatically

Expected behavior:

Dialog stays open
